About Caledonia Computers
Welcome to Caledonia Computers, I’m a Scottish born ex-patriot, mainly providing custom software services to clients in the US & UK.
I have been involved in the computer and oil engineering business in the United Kingdom for over 19 years in the fields of software engineering, data acquisition, electronics and computer support.
I also produce a small range of applications for the Linux and Windows operating systems that coincide with some of my computer interests and these are listed below, hopefully I will eventually sell enough of them to help maintain this website and finance my beer habit
SelekTOR 2 : Tor exit node selection made easy
SelekTOR is a GUI frontend for the Tor Client, It was primarily designed to be able to quickly select and configure Tor exit nodes by country and to continuously monitor and maintain a connection to the exit node with the best response time, with as little downtime as possible.
Try the Trial Version and I think you will be pleasantly suprised at the improvements gained over using just the Vidalia / Tor client alone.
It runs on Windows 7 and Linux.
The linux version is free and unrestricted.
MaNGOLin : MaNGOs Database Administration made easy.
MaNGOLin is a standalone (does not require a webserver) administration frontend for the MaNGOS (Massive Network Game Object Server).
Its primary function is remote administration to be run on a separate machine other than the host server although it will run perfectly well on the same machine as your host server.
It runs on Linux and is available for free.
MDReaM : MaNGOs Daemon Restarter and Monitor.
Its primary mission is to run and monitor the Mangos world & realm daemon servers and restart them if they should fail.
It runs on Linux and is available for free.
